Flooded Basement Refurbishment
We completed a full restoration of a flood-damaged basement. The project involved stripping out all mouldy walls and removing damaged skirting boards and fixtures. Once the space was cleared, we prepared the floor surface and installed new tiling throughout. We then plasterboarded and plastered all the walls to create smooth, clean surfaces, fitted new skirting boards, and redecorated the entire basement, transforming it from a damp, damaged space into a clean, dry, and fully usable room.
Victorian House Room `renovation
We restored an outdated room in a house that was suffering from damp issues and deteriorating horsehair plaster that was falling off the walls. The project involved removing the old ceiling and installing a new one, stripping all the damaged walls back to bare surfaces, and fitting new plasterboard throughout. We then plastered all surfaces, completed the joinery work including new skirting boards, and redecorated the entire room to bring it back to a sound, dry, and modern condition
